Joseph Chen, MD, is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist (Physiatrist). Dr. Chen is a nonsurgical musculoskeletal physician who treats injuries and conditions of the brain, spinal cord, nerve, muscle, bone and joints. He spends most of his time treating patients with chronic spine pain how to manage their pain through use of physical exercises and mental exercises.

He also performs electrodiagnostic procedures and evaluates injured workers for impairment ratings. His received his medical degree from Brown University School of Medicine and then completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation from Mayo School of Medicine in Rochester MN.
