The Evidence-Based Practice Self-Efficacy Scale

Literature suggests that self-efficacy, or confidence related to evidence-based practice, may predict competency or performance related to implementing evidence-based practice. This tool was developed to help measure nurses’ confidence in EBP skills and measure effects of educational training programs to improve EBP self-efficacy and EBP Skills.
