Did you know that one in three women suffer from one or more pelvic floor disorders? The “pelvic floor” is a term used to describe the muscles, ligaments, and connective tissue that provide support for a woman’s internal organs.
At this month’s Dinner with a Doc event, gynecologist, Lauren Coyne, MD will discuss pelvic floor disorders, including pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence. First, Chef Tracy will do a short cooking presentation. Then, while you are enjoying your meal, Dr. Coyne will present Recipes for a Healthy Lifestyle: Pelvic Floor Disorders.
