  • Volunteers Sewing 44,000 Pillowcases for Kids with Cancer

    September 13 - Eastern Iowa Life - Volunteers and children sewed pillowcases on Tuesday in the pediatric unit of UI Children's Hospital. The pillowcases serve as an activity for sick children in hospitals to brighten their day and recognize National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
