Two University of Iowa urologists will hold free small-group discussions this spring to address a range of men’s health questions.
Karl Kreder, MD, and Bradley Erickson, MD will hold sessions at 4 p.m. April 10, May 8, and June 5 at UI Health Care–Iowa River Landing.
Those interested in participating should call 319-467-2000 to reserve a spot at one of the discussions. Each discussion session will be limited to 10 participants, so be sure to register early.
The physicians will cover a range of topics, including sleep apnea, cardiovascular disease, depression, erectile dysfunction, and low testosterone.
Kreder and Erickson were part of a UI Health Care multidisciplinary team that developed the Iowa Men’s Health Assessment. Using the assessment, men can get a snapshot of their health with results they are encouraged to take to their doctors to talk about healthy lifestyles and any chronic problems. Take the on-line assessment.
The discussions will take place in the third-floor conference room at UI Health Care-Iowa River Landing, located at 105 East 9th Street in Coralville, near the I-80 exit 242 interchange. Free parking is located next to the building. If you need accommodations to participate in the event, please indicate those when you register.
