Where to Send Application Materials

Apply to our program through ERAS. Please provide the following documents:

  • Personal statement of career goals and interest in occupational medicine
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Three letters of recommendation, one of which must come from your current or most recent Program Director
  • Transcripts from medical and undergraduate education (and any other relevant transcripts, e.g., graduate studies)
  • Documentation of an ACGME-accredited year of post-graduate medical training (PGY-1)
  • MCAT score (if applicable)
  • Report or letter stating your USMLE status

This program does not participate in the national residency match program. However, as most other occupational medicine residency programs throughout the nation, this program follows operating guidelines for making residency position offers. The guideline’s date (mid-December) is decided annually in mid- to late-October.
