- Deep-frying: 500° F or 260° C
- Baking: 400° F or 204° C
- Frying: 300° F or 148° C
- Boiling: 212° F or 100° C
- Electric Crock Pot: 200° F or 93° C
- Hot Beverages: 160-180° F or 71-82° C
