| Description | Participants in this study have extra-ocular retinoblastoma, which is a cancer of the eye. The main purpose of this study is to find out whether this therapy will cure more subjects than therapies used in the past. Investigators will also study how well the study treatment makes the tumor shrink or disappear, and the side effects of the treatments. About 30 people will take part in this study overall. Approximately 5 subjects will participate at the University of Iowa. Study treatment will last about 6 months. |
