Enhancing Overall Health and Life Satisfaction
Description

Adults ages 18 to 75 who have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high blood glucose, diabetes mellitus, or excess weight that increases risk for cardiovascular disease and are experiencing distress are invited to participate in a research study to learn if a 1-day skills workshop can lead to improvements in health management, distress, and quality of life.
