| Description | Volunteers who currently have a dental implant are invited to participate. In a research study about dental health, inflammation, and body weight. If you are at least 18 years old, have had a dental implant for at least 6 months, do not smoke or have diabetes, are not pregnant, and are not currently taking antibiotics or other anti-inflammatory medications you may be eligible. The study will require one 2-3 hour visit to the College of Dentistry. You will receive a free dental exam and cleaning as part of the study visit.
