General pediatrics refers to the care of infants, children, and adolescents—from birth through early adulthood. Our doctors provide preventive and well-child care and assess and treat common conditions—from minor injuries to infections—that affect children of all ages. They also work closely with pediatric surgeons and other specialists in treating children with serious illnesses, chronic diseases, and developmental disorders.
In addition to our care at Iowa River Landing, UI Children's Hospital offers these general pediatric services.
