Staffing
The resident will be assigned to work every fourth weekend in the pediatrics pharmacy satellite to augment their experience in pharmacy operations and drug distribution. Compensatory time is provided for staffing at a rate of one day off for every weekend (two days) staffed. Staffing requirements are subject to change.
