The Department of Pharmaceutical Care at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics offers an American Society of HealthSystem Pharmacists accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency program. Patient focused care is emphasized in this comprehensive training program conducted in a large healthcare system and is designed to develop skills required to solve complex medication related problems in health care today.
