Program Accreditation

The fellowship is a three year American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) approved program.

  • The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology is an independent, non-profit organization that certifies obstetricians and gynecologists in the United States.
  • Founded in 1927, the ABOG is one of 24 specialty Boards recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
  • Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship programs are approved by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) and are designed to provide advanced training in the care of the pregnant woman and her fetus and in the use of advanced technical instruments and research skills.
