Project: Implementation of Intelliguard® Crash Cart Tray Technology To Improve Efficiency, Safety and Medication Tracking
Future Plans: Complete the PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency, complete my Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree and become a director of pharmacy at an academic medical center and/or become an executive in a professional association

Jessica Dizon

Interest Areas: Pharmacy administration, leadership development, health policy and advocacy, acute and ambulatory pharmacy operations, medication safety, professional associations
Project: A Time-Series Study Evaluating the Impact of Prospective Audit and Feedback in Antimicrobial Stewardship at a Tertiary Care Hospital.
Future plans: Complete the PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency and MHA degree, eventually become the Chief Pharmacy Officer at an academic medical center, and help expand pharmacy leadership by starting a Health-System Pharmacy Administration program.

John Beyer

Interests: Informatics, transitions of care, antimicrobial stewardship, psychiatry
Project: Implementation of an anticoagulation stewardship program at an academic medical center
Future plans: Obtain a position in health or pharmacy informatics, pharmacy informatics project management, clinical pharmacy management, or electronic health software development.
