Jonathan Kopelovich, MD
A Florida native, Jonathan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in the Biological Basis of Behavior. After traveling and living abroad, he returned to Philadelphia to complete his medical degree at Jefferson Medical College. During this time, he investigated behavioral determinants of pediatric cochlear implant function. His interest in cochlear implant research continues as he currently studies the cellular and genetic consequences of intracochlear electrical stimulation as well as hearing-preservation cochlear implantation.
He and his wife are the proud parents of two young boys and an ever-changing cast of pets. His hobbies include running, cooking and writing esoteric raps.
