Ophthalmic Imaging Service

The Paul R. Montague Diagnostic Imaging Service is one of the busiest and most advanced ophthalmic photography programs in the nation. Ophthalmic photographers perform digital imaging for both clinical, teaching, and research purposes. The Photography Service provides fundus photography, fluorescein and indocyanine green (ICG) angiography, slit-lamp photography, external photography, and corneal endothelial imaging.

Our Ophthalmic Photographers also perform structural analysis of the optic nerve, nerve fiber layer, and retina using optical coherence tomography (OCT) in patients with either optic nerve disorders or retinal disease.

Other imaging services available are Electroretinography/Electro-oculography and Ophthalmic Ultrasound
