How to Apply

  • Eras LogoIf you are interested in applying to the Family Medicine Residency Program, applications are accepted through ERAS. Please include your USMLE scores, Dean's letter, three letters of recommendation and a personal statement.
  • All applications are reviewed. Candidates receiving interviews are selected based upon their letters of recommendation, curriculum vitae, personal statement, academic record and board exam scores.
  • Applications must be received by December 31, 2012. Priority for interviews will be given to applicants with full applications by November 1, 2012.
