Cierres de incisiones
Una incisión se puede cerrar con:
- Suturas (puntos) en la parte externa del cuerpo
- Grapas quirúrgicas, las cuales le brindan resistencia adicional a la incisión
- Suturas en la parte interna, por debajo de la piel. Se pueden colocar pequeñas tiras adhesivas (llamadas Steri-strips) sobre la piel a lo largo de la línea de la incisión. Estas tiras se desprenderán cuando la incisión haya sanado
