Caída facial

La caída facial puede ser causada por un trastorno como la parálisis de Bell. Este trastorno es una mononeuropatía (que compromete un solo nervio) que daña el séptimo nervio craneal (facial). El nervio facial controla el movimiento de los músculos de la cara.
