Mordida de serpiente en un dedo
El veneno de las serpientes venenosas puede causar la muerte del tejido (necrosis), hinchazón, sangrado, destrucción de las células sanguíneas (problemas hematológicos) y hasta daño nervioso (neurológico) resultante en parálisis y coma. Esta mordedura ha causado hinchazón y muerte local del tejido en el dedo.
