Erisipela en la cara
La erisipela produce una erupción roja, levemente elevada, muy definida (bien demarcada), caliente y sensible al tacto. Las infecciones bilaterales son poco frecuentes, pero la piel de esta persona está infectada a ambos lados de la cara. La erisipela puede producir síntomas que afectan todo el cuerpo (sistémicos) tales como fiebre y escalofríos.
