Vasculitis urticarial en la mano Estas manchas o placas eritematosas (rojas), similares a la urticaria, son causadas por inflamación de los vasos sanguíneos (vasculitis urticarial) y no cambian en un período de 24 horas. Dichas manchas pueden o no palidecer (ponerse blancas) al presionarlas.
