Eritema multiforme en la pierna

Las manchas rojas en la espalda de este paciente han aparecido en las áreas donde las ampollas causadas por el eritema multiforme se han roto y la piel se ha desprendido. Las lesiones resultantes son úlceras (erosiones) cubiertas con una costra amarillenta.
