La diabetes y el ejercicio
Una persona con diabetes tipo 2 puede usar el ejercicio para ayudar a controlar los niveles de azúcar en la sangre y suministrar la energía que los músculos necesitan para funcionar durante todo el día. Con el mantenimiento de una dieta saludable y suficiente ejercicio, una persona con diabetes tipo 2 puede conservar su nivel de azúcar en la sangre en el rango normal no diabético sin medicamentos.
