Vacuna contra la gripe en aerosol nasal
La vacuna contra la gripe también se puede administrar como aerosol nasal en lugar del método usual de inyección. Ésta es una alternativa para personas sanas de 2 a 49 años que no estén embarazadas, que deseen estar protegidos del virus de la gripe. A diferencia de la vacuna regular, ésta se trata de un virus vivo; por lo tanto, es mejor si la persona que la recibe no tiene contacto cercano con personas que tengan sistemas inmunológicos debilitados.
