Distensión muscular

Una distensión muscular es el estiramiento o desgarro de las fibras musculares y puede ser causada por la práctica de deportes, el ejercicio, un movimiento súbito o por tratar de levantar algo demasiado pesado. Los síntomas de una distensión muscular son, entre otros: dolor, tensión, inflamación, sensibilidad y la incapacidad para mover bien el músculo.
