Estenosis espinal

La estenosis espinal es el estrechamiento del canal espinal y se puede desarrollar a medida que la persona envejece por la resequedad y encogimiento de los espacios discales (Los discos son agua del 80%). Si esto sucede, incluso una lesión menor puede causar inflamación del disco y ejercer presión sobre el nervio.
