Vesícula biliar

La vesícula biliar es un saco muscular ubicado debajo del hígado. Se encarga de almacenar y concentrar la bilis producida en el hígado que no se necesita de inmediato para la digestión. La bilis se libera de la vesícula biliar al intestino delgado en respuesta al alimento. El conducto pancreático se une al conducto biliar común en el intestino delgado para agregar enzimas que participan en la digestión.Vesícula biliar
