Estómago
El estómago es la porción del sistema digestivo que se ocupa de descomponer los alimentos. El esfínter inferior del esófago en la parte alta del estómago regula el paso del alimento del esófago al estómago y evita que el contenido del estómago retorne al esófago. El esfínter pilórico en la parte baja del estómago administra el paso del alimento del estómago al intestino delgado.
