Hepatitis C
La hepatitis C es una inflamación del hígado causada por un virus, la cual puede producir ictericia, fiebre y cirrosis. Las personas con mayor riesgo de contraer y propagar la hepatitis C son aquellas que comparten agujas para inyectarse drogas y los trabajadores del campo de la salud y personal de las salas de urgencias quienes pueden estar expuestos a sangre contaminada.
