Estenosis espinal

La estenosis espinal es un estrechamiento del canal espinal lumbar o cervical. Este estrechamiento puede causar compresión sobre las raíces de los nervios, lo que resulta en dolor o debilidad de las piernas. Con frecuencia, se administran medicamentos e inyecciones de esteroides para reducir la inflamación. Si el dolor persiste y no responde a estas medidas convencionales se debe considerar la cirugía para aliviar la presión sobre los nervios.Estenosis espinal
