Signos de Battle detrás de la oreja
Las fracturas de cráneo son comunes en niños y son producidas por accidentes (la mayoría son accidentes automovilísticos o en motocicletas) o por abuso. Varios días después de una fractura basal del cráneo se ve el signo de Battle, debido a que es posible que haya drenaje de sangre por el oído inmediatamente después de ocurrida la fractura.
