Granuloma por hongos (de Majocchi)

Este gran parche (placa) rojo (eritematoso) con un borde prominente es un granuloma micótico. Dentro de los bordes de la lesión hay ampollas dispersas (pústulas), que indican un compromiso más profundo de los folículos pilosos (granuloma de Majocchi).
