Vasculitis en la palma de la mano
Estas manchas de sangre bajo la piel, llamadas púrpura, son causadas por vasculitis y no palidecen (tornarse blancas) al presionarlas. En este caso particular, la púrpura está asociada con un trastorno subyacente que afecta las estructuras de las paredes de los vasos sanguíneos llamado trastorno vascular del colágeno.
