Lentigo solar con eritema en el brazo
Los lentigos, llamados también manchas o pecas del envejecimiento, son el resultado del daño acumulativo a la piel causado por la luz solar: manchas planas con aumento de la pigmentación. Algunas pueden ser bastantes claras, mientras que otras son más oscuras y los bordes rara vez son uniformes.
