Erisipela en las mejillas
La erisipela produce un salpullido rojo, levemente edematizado, con bordes muy definidos (bien demarcados), caliente y doloroso al tacto. De igual manera, pueden presentarse síntomas que afectan todo el organismo (sistémicos) como fiebre y escalofríos. Este paciente presenta una lesión en la mejilla derecha.
