Dermatomiositis, párpados heliotropes
Esta fotografía muestra el signo de los "párpados en heliotropo". Los párpados han desarrollado una coloración parda (más violácea que roja) y, conjuntamente con las pápulas de Gottron sobre los nudillos de las manos, constituyen un hallazgo característico de la dermatomiositis.
