Púrpura de Henoch-Schonlein
El síndrome se observa generalmente en niños, pero puede afectar a personas de cualquier edad y es más común en los niños que en las niñas. Muchas personas con púrpura de Henoch-Schonlein tuvieron una enfermedad respiratoria del tracto superior en las semanas anteriores.
