Granuloma piogénico en primer plano
Los granulomas piogénicos son lesiones cutáneas que pueden desarrollarse después de una lesión. Poseen muchos vasos sanguíneos y tienden a sangrar con facilidad al golpearlos. Estas lesiones son elevadas, rojas y húmedas, y la piel que las rodea puede estar inflamada.
