Fascitis plantar

La inflamación (irritación e hinchazón con presencia de células inmunes adicionales) de la fascia plantar puede causar dolor en el talón y hacer difícil el hecho de caminar. Algunos factores de riesgo para el desarrollo de este problema son, entre otros (tanto para el pie plano como para el arco alto): obesidad, aumento repentino de peso, atletismo y un tendón de Aquiles tenso.
