Hacer ejercicio 60 minutos al día

El mayor beneficio del ejercicio se obtiene si se realiza durante al menos 30 minutos al día por 5 a 6 días a la semana, aunque no necesariamente los 30 minutos se tienen que hacer de seguido. Los estudios recientes sugieren que se obtienen los mismos beneficios si se ejercita durante 10 minutos tres veces al día que si se realiza durante una sesión más prolongada.
