Dermatomiositis, pápulas de Gottron en las manos
Esta inflamación de color violeta (eritema) sobre los nudillos fue causada por la dermatomiositis. Otras condiciones de la piel producen mayor enrojecimiento, mientras que el color de esta lesión es violeta. También puede presentarse inflamación del tejido muscular.
