Úlceras

Definición

Una úlcera es una lesión similar a un cráter en la piel o membrana mucosa. Se forma cuando se han quitado las capas superiores de la piel o tejido. Se puede presentar en la boca, el estómago y otras partes del cuerpo.

Causas

Las úlceras pueden ser causadas por inflamación o infección. Algunas pueden ser causadas por un cáncer.
