Policromatofilia

Definición

Es un número excesivo de glóbulos rojos (GR) anormales en el torrente sanguíneo, los cuales tienen un centro de color azul.

Estos glóbulos rojos anormales casi siempre se observan cuando la médula ósea necesita producir más debido a una cierta afección, como anemia hemolítica.
